📜 Refund Policy (Demo Version)

This Refund Policy applies to services and subscriptions provided by Servia. Please note this is a demonstration version of our platform, and terms may be updated as we transition to live operations.

Free Demo Use

  • The Servia Demo App is provided at no cost for demonstration purposes only.

  • Since the demo is not a live paid product, no payments or refunds apply to demo usage.

Paid Services (When Applicable)

When Servia is used in a live business environment (outside of the demo):

  1. Subscription Fees – All subscription fees are billed in advance.

  2. Refunds – Refunds may be issued within 7 days of initial purchase if the customer is unsatisfied, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.

  3. Non-Refundable Fees – Setup fees, onboarding services, and customization fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

  4. Cancellations – Customers may cancel future billing at any time. Service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
