This Refund Policy applies to services and subscriptions provided by Servia. Please note this is a demonstration version of our platform, and terms may be updated as we transition to live operations.
Free Demo Use
The Servia Demo App is provided at no cost for demonstration purposes only.
Since the demo is not a live paid product, no payments or refunds apply to demo usage.
Paid Services (When Applicable)
When Servia is used in a live business environment (outside of the demo):
Subscription Fees – All subscription fees are billed in advance.
Refunds – Refunds may be issued within 7 days of initial purchase if the customer is unsatisfied, unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
Non-Refundable Fees – Setup fees, onboarding services, and customization fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Cancellations – Customers may cancel future billing at any time. Service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
